Pics from Fez


These pictures were taken in Fez (Morocco) some months ago. The first one is the mail slot in a particular house, in the old town. Funny thing: Pamela from Capuccino And Art Journal took almost the same picture, almost the same time!



This is the roof of a post office in the edge of the old town.

    Do I read the word 'adres' (srda read from right to left) (and some to me unreadable letters on the left) in the Arab word below the mail slot? How nice!

    1. Actually, I read "الرسائل, a'rasa'il" (='letters'). But you can trust your eyes better than me... ;-)

  2. Ha ha! Small world. But I missed the post office -- how could that happen????? I deleted my Fes blog post by accident.....maybe I should re-post it. And I have another Fes post too.....
